Program evaluation, health impact assessment, population health measurement! These are the key skills you bring to the Strategic Alignment Branch, Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, where you will provide leadership, expertise and coordination in the conduct of program evaluations and health impact assessments to ensure alignment with Ontario`s overall health system strategies.

You will conduct or oversee the conduct of cross-ministry and cross-public sector impact analyses and evaluation of health system programs and initiatives; develop related tools, templates and tracking systems; design and deliver training, build key business relationships with health system stakeholders and manage contractual agreements with service providers supporting branch strategic initiatives.


Qualifications:demonstrated knowledge and skills in applying the principles, methods and processes of program evaluation, health impact assessments, research, health system data and analytical tools, and population health measures including related national and international standards and protocols; understanding of Ontario`s health system strategy; superior oral and written communication, training and project management skills; proven innovation and creativity, relationship management and partnership building, strategic and system thinking skills.
