If you are a highly-organized individual with strong administrative skills and enjoy client interaction, then we have the opportunity you might be looking for at the Education and Outreach Branch of the Ministry of the Environment where you will demonstrate these skills in both of Ontarios official languages.

In this role, you will coordinate, manage and track all inquiries and correspondence from internal and external stakeholders. This will include determining time-frames for response and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met. You will coordinate and manage records management support by developing, implementing and administering extensive electronic databases, project management materials and tracking systems. You will provide overall administrative, program and project support to the Manager and staff.

Qualifications:Oral and written French language proficiency at the advanced level. Strong customer service, oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and coordination skills to carry out a variety of activities. Ability and experience with coordinating purchasing and procurement activities. Experience applying office, administrative and budgeting technologies, methods and techniques. Analytical, evaluation and problem solving skills are required to assess and respond to enquiries, conduct research, resolve issues. Proven experience in coordination of purchasing and procurement activities and tracking budgets. Knowledge of computer operations, functions, capabilities, policies and procedures and relevant software (e.g. word processing, databases and graphics) to select and utilize appropriate software in designing and developing formats, databases and tracking systems. Knowledge of electronic and non-electronic records management practices
