Your analytical skills, expertise and knowledge are required in the Health Capital Investment Branch within the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.

Reporting to the Manager, Capital Projects, you will provide support in the review, analysis and coordination of all aspects of the ministry`s decision making and approval processes related to a portfolio of health capital redevelopment project submissions. This opportunity offers the chance to work within a team and with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to the review and decision making regarding health capital redevelopment projects.

Qualifications:Knowledge of the health capital project development and implementation requirements and process; knowledge and experience with project management methodologies, practices and techniques to assist in the delivery of the ministry`s role with respect to the coordination, review and advancement of a portfolio of capital redevelopment project submissions; ability to balance a demanding workload to conduct the project review process across the ministry and with multiple stakeholders; knowledge of healthcare system and service delivery models, governance and funding mechanisms; stakeholder management skills to gain support for the ministry`s direction with respect to Ontario`s health capital program; good analytical, interpretive, problem solving, coordination and communication skills to review and assess content of capital infrastructure submissions and to assist in the identification of barriers or impediments to project progress and completion; proficiency with word processing, database management and spreadsheet applications.
