Are you a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with an extensive project management background? If so, please consider this temporary position with the Ministry of Natural Resources to lead the development, implementation, continuous enhancement and promotion of a corporate approach to project management and related processes, procedures, tools, techniques and technology.

You will directly manage multiple, complex projects that require detailed master planning or other duration compression or advanced monitoring techniques to ensure completion.

Qualifications:Knowledge and experience in project management methodology development, theories, principles and techniques. Interpersonal skills, experience in partnership management, risk management skills, knowledge of the adult education concepts in order to lead projects that deliver project management services and participate in on-line collaboration. Research, analytical, evaluation and problem-solving skills, ability to conceptualize the big picture to support the development, promotion and continuous improvement of project management in MNR. Written and oral communication skills, political acuity, discretion in order to develop and maintain effective business relationships , report and make presentations, articulate research conclusions and recommendations to clientèle. Proficiency with common office software, such as MS Office, MS Project, databases, Internet, Intranet, and Web.
