Are you interested in contributing your business analysis skills to a provincial education project? Then consider this opportunity to join the Ministry of Education`s Transfer Payments and Financial Reporting Branch.

You will: carry out business and statistical analysis to support the consolidation of school boards financial information with provincial public accounts and budgets; perform research and analysis to support the development of policy, business systems and processes; develop funding proposals, including multi-year funding reporting; and participate in developing and delivering information sessions and training to school boards.
Qualifications:business, statistical and financial analysis, evaluation and interpretation skills demonstrated through experience working with and preparing statistical or financial data; research experience and analytical skills; knowledge of modern controllership and financial reporting standards and principles; knowledge of Ontario school boards and their funding reporting and allocation issues; verbal and written communication skills including report-writing experience; relationship management skills; proven work-planning, organizing and coordination skills.
