The Osgoode Hall courthouse facility is looking for a well organized individual to work in a secure, fast-paced environment.

What can I expect to do in this role?

In this role, you will:
• provide mail pick-up and delivery service within the courthouse facility
• work in a team environment to manage all incoming and outgoing mail and courier
• operate mail processing equipment
• prepare packages and documentation for bulk shipments

How do I qualify?

Technical Knowledge:
• you have the ability to apply knowledge of mail and courier distribution procedures
• you have the ability to apply knowledge of government security procedures as they relate to mail services

Communication and Customer Service Skills:
• you can greet and deal with staff, managers and the judiciary in person
• you can provide routine information to the public, using tact

Organizational Skills:
• you can complete general filing and sorting using an alpha-numeric filing system

Computer Skills:
• you have the ability to use a computerized postage machine and package security scanner
• you are proficient with office computer software (e.g. word processing, email)
• you have accurate keyboarding skills
