Before I joined the OPS, I … worked in the private sector as a health & safety consultant in the construction industry.

I began my career in… the OPS as a File Clerk with the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee, Ministry of the Attorney General.

And now I am … the Senior Receptionist with the same office!

A day in my shoes… can be hectic yet rewarding. I work directly with the public and answer and direct up to 400 incoming phone calls. Furthermore I cater to the needs of walk-in clients of the office and the general public. A day in my shoes is long but very rewarding.

I have chosen to work for the public service because… of the opportunity to help people with different challenges.

The thing that has surprised me the most about working for the OPS is… how gratifying it is to be shown appreciation for a job well done.

Outside of work, my most memorable achievement is/was... meeting my life partner.
