Do you have exceptional communication skills and problem solving skills? If so, we are seeking your ability to provide specific, accurate and current Driver and Vehicle record information using your excellent customer service abilities in response to telephone and written enquiries.

What can I expect to do in this role?

In this job, you will:
• Provide driver and vehicle information and customer service by responding to telephone requests from clients
• Access the driver and vehicle computer systems to identify the proper record and provides verbal confirmation to the client
• Analyze and resolve client account inquiries, issues and problems
• Research transactions and multiple client accounts, daily manual logs and monthly statements
• Identify whether data in the Authorized Requester Information System and the Licensing Control System match and passes information to the Advisor for review
• Gather information on complex cases and identifies system errors

• You have the ability to accurately interpret and apply legislation, policies, directives and procedures
