• facilitate and/or lead partnership initiatives
• identify opportunities and initiate partnerships to help achieve business needs and priorities

How do I qualify?

Technical knowledge and skills:

• ability to develop and lead resource management and biodiversity conservation initiatives to achieve priorities and business needs
• demonstrated leadership skills to lead partnership projects, establish and monitor project plans and achieve objectives
• ability to lead strategic resource management outreach, education and awareness initiatives

Interpersonal and communication skills:

• interpersonal and communication skills to develop, manage and nurture relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• ability to maintain linkages and collaborative working relationships with internal staff
• ability to gain consensus, consult and negotiate to secure partnerships and partner investment
• demonstrated ability to provide expert advice and guidance
• presentation skills and ability to create a variety of reports, correspondence and briefing materials

Other skills and knowledge:

• project development and project management skills to create, plan and coordinate concurrent projects
• demonstrated planning and organizational skills to deal with multiple projects and tasks
