About the job

Use your project management skills and design flair to constantly improve our innovative content management model, template design and tools for our MyOPS publisher network, and to develop and implement documented standards for their use. Your creativity, innovation and knowledge of content management, design and use of graphics will be vital to our vision of a fresh, constantly evolving customer interface for the presentation of our business services. As a key member of the MyOPS Enterprise Employee Portal team, you will use your negotiation and customer relationship management skills to identify client design and content requirements, make recommendations, implement ideas and best practices, and deliver quality customer service.

Your leadership and negotiation skills will encourage, mentor and support a dedicated, highly creative team responsible for daily operations, content updates, and customer requirements, while ensuring project plans, priorities and timetables for delivery are met; demonstrating and building confidence in the MyOPS Enterprise Employee Gateway.
