What can I expect to do in this role?
In this challenging position you will:
• perform reception duties and provide general information to clients
• provide status reports to clients or partners
• maintain electronic and manual records
• assist with program delivery activities
• provide general administrative and clerical support
• ensure confidentiality and discretion in dealing with client information

• you have knowledge of customer service standards and are able to interact with clients in crisis
• you can prepare effective written correspondence
• you are able to work in a team and build effective client relationships
Analytical, Reasoning and Problem-Solving Skills:

• you have experience reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy
Other Essential Skills:
• you can learn and explain legislation, policies and procedures

• you are able to determine priorities in a high-volume environment
Administrative Skills:
• you have demonstrated experience in providing administrative support
