IT Source also provides enterprise wide project and portfolio management solutions and services, and Cloud solutions and services.

What can I expect to do in this role?

In this role you will:
• Provide administrative, financial, analytical and clerical services.
• Develop and coordinate project plans for recruitment and procurement activity.
• Coordinate, review and assess a high-volume of client I&IT resource requirements and validate for accuracy and quality.
• Support managers and candidates throughout the recruitment and procurement process.

How do I qualify?

Mandatory

Typing of 50 WPM.

Technical Knowledge:

• You have knowledge of and experience with administrative practices and procedures.
• You have demonstrated knowledge of I&IT resource acquisition and procurement functions including principles, policies and processes to evaluate a high-volume of resource requests.
• You have experience with records management and correspondence tracking systems (e.g. Online Correspondence Management System (OCMS)).
• You have demonstrated knowledge of technical resources in I&IT to make recommendations to clients.

Organizational, Analytical, and Research Skills:

• You have demonstrated priority-setting and organizational skills to respond to fluctuating work demands and maintain unit files.
• You possess research, analytical and problem-solving skills to determine the appropriate method of handling requests and to provide data for key performance indicator reporting.
• You have demonstrated research skills to identify external sites to post job ads on to attract top talent.

Relationship Management and Communication Skills:

• You have relationship management and interpersonal skills to interact with Ministry staff and stakeholders.
• You have oral communication skills to communicate and exchange information with internal and external stakeholders such as interview candidates.
• You have written communication skills to prepare presentations, reports, and to respond to requests from clients.

Computer Skills:

• You have advanced knowledge and experience working with online computer applications (e.g. web-based applications and collaboration sites).
• You have advanced knowledge of a range of office computer software and spreadsheet applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint) to develop templates, guides, and to prepare presentations.

Knowledge of Human Resources:

• You have the ability to interpret collective agreements, staffing standards, and directives to assist with the recruitment process.
• You have demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality at all-time pursuant to legislation.
