What can I expect to do in this role?

You will assist with the operation of the Park Store by:
• maintaining store inventory of equipment and supplies
• selling goods and services to park users
• providing front counter services and operating the cash register
• preparing take-out foods and condiments
• ensuring store work environment and facility grounds are well maintained
• assisting with the training and leadership of student staff members

How do I qualify?

Mandatory

• Valid Class G driver's licence is required.

Knowledge

• You have general knowledge of retail sales procedures and practices.
• You have knowledge of accounting processes to reconcile revenue.
• You have knowledge of relevant acts, policies and procedures related to the preparation, service and safe handling of food.

General skills

• You have demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to write reports and to provide effective customer service.
• You have mathematical and cash handling skills.
• You have the ability to organize work, set priorities and complete work in a timely manner.
