What can I expect to do in this role?
As Senior Manager, Business Solutions you will:
• Manage the delivery of concurrent and specialised business solutions, project management and operations in the Portfolio and Project Management Branch.
• Plan, monitor and direct project resources and priorities.
• Establish operational policies, and provide strategic leadership for all project related activities.
• Support and promote a productive team environment which reflects fostering a culture of excellence and creating an inclusive, diverse, equitable and accessible work place.
• Lead a transformation agenda with the goal to meet industry best practices.
• Develop partnerships and consult with stakeholders and clients to provide advice, promote understanding and manage I&IT initiatives.

Technical Knowledge
• You have knowledge of I&IT resource management methodologies.
• You have demonstrated experience managing I&IT portfolios and projects and achieving successful results on time and on budget with high customer satisfaction.
• You have experience developing systems and delivering business solutions.
• You have knowledge of the principles, best practices, trends and issues related to project management and I&IT solutions design and delivery with an emphasis on technology infrastructure.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
• You can build, maintain and enhance collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and business partners.
• You can effectively manage expectations and anticipate and resolve major obstacles and conflicts.
