What can I expect to do in this role?
In this role, you will:
• provide technical support for the collection of asset portfolio information
• define, evaluate, recommend and develop analytical reports across clients groups
• provide consultation of management services for clients and stakeholders on the information collected regarding asset portfolios
• participate on the acquisition and configuration of systems and/or services required for effective asset information collection and management
• develop application portfolio architecture requirements and specifications required for effective analysis for asset management activities
Note: Depending on the successful candidate, the position can be located at either 222 Jarvis Street in Toronto, or 33 King Street West in Oshawa.
How do I qualify?
Technical Knowledge
• you demonstrate knowledge of networks, mid-range server, related hardware and software, systems analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and development methodologies
Analytical, Problem Solving and Planning Skills
• you have analytical skills to conduct analyses of asset portfolios and vendor proposals for systems and services
• you have demonstrated evaluative and problem solving skills to review all components of the assets management program and develop solutions to problem areas
• you have reasoning and planning skills to ensure that asset management needs are identified
Communication and Consultation Skills
• your consultation skills allow you to assist clients to acquire and manage asset management information
• you demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills to explain and present complex technical reports and recommendations for non-technical audiences and decision makers and establish effective working relationships
Team Leadership Skills
• you have team leadership skills to oversee and plan work
