Are you a highly-motivated and organized individual? If you answered yes, consider joining the ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities located in Kenora, to provide administrative support in a variety of functions related to employment programs and services.

What can I expect to do in this role?

As the Administrative Clerk, you will:
• provide administrative support by retrieving and organizing information and preparing correspondence and documents
• maintain filing systems, databases and mail logs
• answer telephone inquiries or direct to appropriately
• provide financial administrative support and assist with budget preparation

How do I qualify?

Administrative Knowledge and Skills:

• You have developed an excellent knowledge of administrative and financial office practices and procedures
• You have demonstrated knowledge and experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database software and various other computer applications

Other Important Skills:

• You have developed effective communication and interpersonal skills
