In this role, we are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support to the Operations within the Kawartha Trent Region.

What you bring to the team


Knowledge:

• Ability to produce correspondence/reports, receiving inquiries, arranging meetings.
• Excellent knowledge of Data Entry and maintenance of work order system
• Good knowledge to support Hub operations - maintaining databases and filing systems, coordinating information; - monitoring/processing documentation, correcting discrepancies, following-up with suppliers.
• Good knowledge to order and maintain office supplies; shipping and follow up with courier
• Good knowledge with operational services and a good understanding of the water and wastewater industry.
• Good knowledge to use word processing applications, including spreadsheet and graphics software, as well as the ability to type to established OPS standards.
• Good knowledge of timesheet entry

Skills and abilities include:

• Excellent oral communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients, vendors/suppliers to respond to inquiries. Proven oral communication skills.
• Good written communication skills to prepare to routine correspondence, meeting minutes and various documentation. Proven written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, planning, time management and organizational skills to complete work assignments and coordinate multiple tasks within stated deadline.
• Ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment.
