Using your advanced technical skills and excellent stakeholder management skills, you will be working closely with client ministries to help them with onboarding their Transfer Payment (TP) programs onto enterprise Transfer Payment Ontario (TPON) system and improve transfer payment administration processes.

About Us
The Transfer Payment Ontario Branch is the key administrative and coordinating hub for the ongoing use, planning and development of the Transfer Payment Ontario system. Our branch provides leadership, business advice, project management for ministry onboarding and program implementation, change management resources and technical support for internal and external clients.

As part of the team, you will:
• Lead initiatives that improve transfer payment processes and support system modernization
• Collaborate with ministries and central agencies to promote and guide the use of the TPON system
• Assess ministry needs, gather future-state requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare clear, strategic materials such as project plans, fit-gap analyses, and presentations for stakeholders
• Support user experience (UX) and digital innovation projects to enhance the TPON platform
• Deliver change management sessions and share best practices with internal and external users

What you bring to the team


Business and Technical Expertise

You can:
• Conduct business analysis and process improvement using tools such as Siebel based client-relationship management (CRM) and Adobe software
• Develop and implement process improvements and digital strategies that enhance client experience
• Interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Skills

You can:
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners
• Facilitate workshops and present recommendations to diverse audiences
• Influence decisions through clear communication and consensus-building
• Prepare strategic documents, including reports, presentations and briefing materials
• Provide strategic advice to senior leadership and stakeholders

Analytical and Strategic Thinking Skills

You can:
• Conduct research and analyze complex information to develop actionable insights and recommendations
• Evaluate policy gaps and propose solutions aligned with strategic goals
• Understand government policies and decision-making processes
• Identify root causes of issues and implement practical, collaborative solutions

Project and Change Management Skills

You have experience:
• Leading program and policy development, delivery, and implementation
• Applying project management methodologies to monitor progress and deliver results
• Supporting change management initiatives
• Developing strategies and frameworks to manage multiple priorities effectively
