Bring your business analysis expertise to Transfer Payment Ontario (TPON), where you'll lead the implementation of innovative technology solutions that support ministry programs. You'll work with senior stakeholders to translate complex business needs into practical solutions that improve service delivery and help shape the future of transfer payment administration.

About the job

As part of the Program Implementation Team, you will lead the implementation of transfer payment programs onto the Transfer Payment Ontario (TPON) platform. Working closely with ministry partners, stakeholders and technical teams, you will translate complex business needs into practical technology solutions that improve service delivery and support ministry priorities.

In this role, you will:

• lead business analysis activities from planning through implementation
• work with ministry partners to gather requirements and design solutions that meet program needs
• guide ministries through onboarding and implementation activities on the TPON platform
• facilitate workshops, meetings and discussions to build consensus and support decision-making
• identify risks, issues and opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions
• support testing, implementation and change management activities to help ensure successful project outcomes

What you bring to the team


Technical expertise:

You have knowledge of and experience with:
• business analysis methods, tools and process modelling techniques
• software development, systems integration and data management concepts
• user experience, change management, quality assurance and risk management practices
• enterprise technologies and digital solutions, including web-based platforms and security considerations
• the Siebel technology platform, including application architecture, process design and configuration

Analytical and problem-solving skills:

You can:
• assess business needs and recommend practical, cost-effective technology solutions
• analyze complex information and evaluate options to support business decisions
• identify data, process and information management requirements and make recommendations
• interpret emerging trends, standards and policies in a fast-changing environment
• resolve implementation and operational issues by applying your business and technical expertise

Communication skills:

You can:
• build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams
• lead workshops and discussions to gather requirements and achieve consensus
• communicate complex business and technical information in a clear and practical way
• prepare and deliver presentations, recommendations and briefings for clients and senior leaders
• collaborate with diverse teams to support successful project outcomes

Project management experience:

You can:
• lead and contribute to business and technology initiatives from planning through implementation
• coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders, teams and priorities
• support project planning, testing, implementation and issue resolution
• identify opportunities to improve processes, services and client experiences
• guide colleagues and share expertise to support successful project delivery
