About the job
In this position you will:
• provide support in the coordination, administration and implementation of ongoing and future educational programs projects by carrying out all logistical, administrative and information functions (i.e. French classes for Justice Sector ministries, French Language Institute for Professional Development (FLIPD), training for Adjudicative Tribunals etc.)
• resolve problems pertaining to changing client needs
• process payments and journal entries to ensure cost recovery
• prepare a variety of statistical and administrative reports
• act as back-up for the translation coordinator, assess translation requests and assign projects to external vendors best suited to meet translation requirements
What you bring to the team
Mandatory:
• You must be proficient in English as well as in oral and written French at the Advanced level.
Communication, Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills:
• You demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills to serve as a liaison with service providers and participants
• You have proven customer service and interpersonal skills to work cooperatively in a team environment with managers and internal and external clients
Computer Skills:
• You have demonstrated knowledge of computer software programs such as PowerPoint, Publisher, Microsoft suite, database applications, electronic mail, graphics and Internet applications in order to produce a wide range of documents
Organizational Skills:
• You have proven organizational, time management and coordination skills to plan, prepare and prioritize deadlines, tasks and schedules
Analytical and Problem Solving Skills:
