The Strategic Business Initiatives Unit (SBIU) delivers innovative project management, strategic foresight and program redesigns. To help drive a culture of delivery, the SBIU acts as a centre of excellence by establishing coaching programs and a community of practice. As a self-starter, reporting to the Director, Business Innovation Office, you will be responsible for the facilitation of program transformation within the health services sector.
About the job
As the Manager, you will:
• Lead a team of professional staff, utilize team talents effectively, and foster a culture of innovation to facilitate program transformation.
• Build and grow partnerships with program stakeholders to promote sound integrated design and modern project management practices.
• Lead the implementation and execution of program business model reviews, evaluations and program transformation practices to support patient focused strategic initiatives across the ministry.
• Lead the provision of project management tools and resources and the development, tracking and reporting on the ministry's strategic business initiatives.
