About the job

As a member of this highly effective team, you will:
• gather information for statistical reports, review contract documents and assist in providing an audit function for completed contracts
• maintain Operations inventories of assets including fleet, cellphones, cameras and specialized construction equipment
• monitor expenditures and maintain an inventory of assets
• provides support to Maintenance Coordinators and Superintendents to ensure the maintenance inventory management procedures are followed
• provide administrative support in day-to-day activities such as arranging meetings, purchasing supplies, organize and maintain manual and electronic filing systems

What you bring to the team


Technical Knowledge

• You know administrative and financial processes and procedures as well as financial systems to produce financial reports and reconcile expenditures
• You have knowledge and experience in contract administration, tendering, budgeting, forecasting and expenditure control

Administrative Skills

• You have well developed organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
• You have research skills to gather data and information
• You have good mathematical skills to verify budgets and invoices for accuracy
• You have excellent computer skills including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and database

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

• You have demonstrated interpersonal skills including tact and diplomacy
• You can liaise with clients and convey information or explanations and prepare responses for information and financial requests
