The Strategy and Innovation Branch works in a dynamic and fast paced environment that directly supports the government in achieving its policy and delivery agenda. As the Digital Product Manager, you will lead the design and execution of quality digital products to support the government decision-making process. You will directly lead key projects, and oversee a diverse team of service designers, developers and user researchers.

You will be a change agent, motivating your team to continuously improve and evolve to meet the needs of users within Cabinet Office, the Premier's Office and across the Ontario Public Service. Through your team, you will create meaningful and practical solutions that are simple, easy to use and accessible — anytime, anywhere.

You will build solid relationships with partners to understand the needs of their users, so that you can help them develop the best strategies and deliver the best solutions.

You will be the caretaker of the product, making sure your team covers every aspect of the product cycle from concept to release, meeting the highest quality standard and user needs.

You will develop the product strategy and roadmaps to deliver on the users' evolving expectations of digital government services.

You will empower the team to grow and develop to their full potential by actively motivating, mentoring, as well as promoting involvement in the digital community.
