The Strategy and Innovation Branch works in a dynamic and fast paced environment that directly supports the government in achieving its policy and delivery agenda. As the Digital Product Manager, you will lead the design and execution of quality digital products to support the government decision-making process. You will directly lead key projects, and oversee a diverse team of service designers, developers and user researchers.

You will be the caretaker of the product, making sure your team covers every aspect of the product cycle from concept to release, meeting the highest quality standard and user needs.
You will develop the product strategy and roadmaps to deliver on the users' evolving expectations of digital government services.
You will empower the team to grow and develop to their full potential by actively motivating, mentoring, as well as promoting involvement in the digital community.

• You have experience working in both traditional (e.g. waterfall approach) and agile environments and can support team members to bridge different ways of working;

• You have demonstrated advanced judgment and acuity to manage highly sensitive information and reporting to senior audiences; and
• You can draw upon your previous expertise in delivering digital products and services.
Relationship management and Political Acuity• You have experience working with multiple stakeholders and clients to understand and support their users' needs;
