About the job
You will:
•provide scheduling and information services to the Driver Improvement Programs and client groups
•respond to inquiries regarding the Driver Improvement Programs from the public
•schedule and maintain an itinerary of the Driver Improvement Counsellor's activities
•use various computer software applications to prepare administrative reports and respond to e–mail, mail, and fax inquiries

• you must be proficient in English and advanced level oral French (bilingual position only)

•you have knowledge of related Acts and Regulations pertaining to suspensions, reinstatements and demerit point system
