Are you a successful professional looking to take your career to the next level? Then consider this opportunity within The Central Region, Contracts Office for a Quality Assurance Officer to implement a system of quality assurance for highway construction and maintenance contracts.

What can I expect to do in this role?

You will: review contract documents, monitor and report on quality assurance and inspection activities on contract sites, monitor consultant testing laboratories and provide technical expertise to senior contracts and consultant field staff.

How do I qualify?

Mandatory

demonstrated advanced knowledge of engineering materials applicable to highway construction and maintenance specifications, highway contract administration practices, and sampling and testing of highway engineering materials; experience in highway design, maintenance and construction of highways and structures; demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills; excellent oral and written communications skills, presentation and training skills; valid Class “G” Drivers Licence.
