The Constitutional Law Branch of the Ministry of the Attorney General, Civil Law Division, seeks two experienced, highly skilled lawyers to join a team of specialized counsel providing litigation and legal advisory services to the Government of Ontario on behalf of the Attorney General in respect of constitutional issues arising under theCanadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the federal division of powers and other matters arising under theConstitution Act, 1867, and matters arising under the Human Rights Code.
