Mandatory requirements

• Graduated within the past five years from a college or university with a diploma, degree or post-graduate certificate.

Technical Expertise:

• Knowledge of human resources programs and administration to support coordination of corporate initiatives and provide project and logistical assistance
• Knowledge of HR information systems and data bases to access data, gather appropriate information for specific HR-related purposes and to prepare various information summaries

Analytical Skills:

• Ability to research initiatives and prepare reports and recommendations

Communication and Interpersonal skills:

• Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients and senior leaders to provide written research and program support and respond to enquiries as needed

Organizational Skills:

• Project management skills to assist with coordination of various initiatives, projects and issues
• ability to provide planning and scheduling support for the delivery of branch programs, including gathering and organizing information, distributing documents to team members and tracking deliverables

Computer Proficiency

• Proficiency with common office productivity software, such as word processor, spreadsheet, presentation, email and database applications to prepare correspondence, reports and presentations, and set up meetings
