You will lead progressive approaches to identifying top leadership talent across multiple sectors through modern sourcing platforms, industry events and other networking mechanisms.

About the job
Using your creativity and planning skills to proactively build diverse external sourcing channels that work for the public sector, you will:
• Identify and attract passive leadership talent across various platforms
• Establish a strong network of potential leadership candidates, inside and outside government and across various sectors, via networking, market research and relationship management
• Lead sourcing strategy meetings with talent teams and leverage the power of segmentation to understand the talent marketplace and depth of the leadership talent pool
• Build partner relationships inside and outside the organization to understand the strategic objectives, business needs and evolving talent landscape
• Collect, capture, and share data-driven talent intelligence to enable the proactive identification, assessment, and development of diverse talent benches ready to be deployed.

Talent Sourcing Expertise:
• You have applied sourcing tools, programs, and approaches to drive the execution of strategic sourcing priorities
• You have experience executing robust, innovative, and creative sourcing strategies to target diverse leadership talent in the external marketplace
• You can effectively identify and distinguish top leadership talent
Communication and Networking
• You establish effective working relationships with clients, stakeholders and team members.
• You ask great questions, listen intently, appreciate people and treat them with respect.
• You have successfully used candidate engagement tools and approaches to outreach, make connections and build relationships with passive talent
• Through your exceptional communication skills, you can influence all levels of an organization up to senior leadership
