About the job

You will:
• coordinate meeting arrangements and manage the Director's schedule
• prioritize issues for the Director's attention
• prepare and proofread written materials for management's review
• review budget information, analyze and prepare variance and monthly financial analysis reports
• coordinate administrative functions, such as purchasing, asset inventory and control, accommodation and facilities
• coordinate filing systems and manage a database inventory of branch assets
• act as liaison on human resources matters, such as recruitment, employee status changes, payroll, training and development

What you bring to the team

Organizational skills:

• You can prioritize tasks with conflicting deadlines and work on your own initiative and with minimal supervision.

Communication and interpersonal skills:

• You can liaise with internal and external stakeholders and respond effectively to inquiries.

Administrative knowledge:

• You have experience with administrative office procedures to develop, implement and administer effective systems and processes, including filing systems, records management and retention, assets management, purchasing, accommodation and facilities.

Computer skills:

• You have knowledge of software programs such as word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, e-mail and financial reporting systems, to prepare monthly financial analysis and variance reports and review budget accounts
