About the job

As a Systems Analyst, you will:

• Carry out analysis on projects in relation to the business needs of clients and their programs.
• Conduct systems analysis and design, data requirements, user application, and systems specifications requirements.
• Provide production and maintenance support activities.
• Provide testing and implementation of systems and applications.
• Identify systems development solutions that meet clients' needs.
• Contribute to the feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis on business systems initiative.

What you bring to the team

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

•You have knowledge of business systems technologies to contribute, identify, evaluate information technology options and develop new systems or systems modification for clients.
• You have knowledge of theory and principles of systems design and development, and related methods, techniques, practices and standards to conduct analysis and definition of client business and information technology requirements.
• You have knowledge of project planning methodology and theory to support business planning process.

Analytical and Research Skills:

• You have analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and identify clients' business needs and technical needs and propose alternatives/solutions which are cost effective and improve client program/service delivery.
• You have research skills and commitment to continuous learning, and maintain current knowledge of trends and advancement in information technology.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

• You have verbal communication skills to discuss clients' requirements, facilitate discussion of systems development options and technical processes with project team as well as discuss with clients recommendations and their impact.
• You have written communication skills to prepare project reports, presentations on analysis and recommendations, systems documentation and manuals.
• You have interpersonal skills to explain alternate solutions to clients of systems development requirements and recommended solutions.
