About the job

In this role, you will:

• Develop a wide variety of materials from design concept to final production;
• Research, create and develop creative solutions;
• Produce designs and layouts for marketing material, including digital ads, social media content, print collateral, and presentation templates;
• Provide project leadership and ensure design projects are high quality and delivered on time and on budget;
• Identify issues and trends in overall design development and technology, and provide options and recommendations;
• Develop and maintain digital filing systems to manage and store produced materials.

What you bring to the team


Technical Skills

• You have knowledge of design and visual communication, and creative services including leading-edge digital tools and techniques in graphic design and layout
• You demonstrate creativity and innovation in graphic design and production

Computer Skills

• You have knowledge of desktop and digital creative production, as well as experience using software and technology used for digital media, print and video
• You are proficient in PC and Mac-based software including the following: Adobe's creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier, etc), Canva, PowerPoint, and Figma

Project Management and Analytical Skills

• You can manage concurrent projects under tight time pressures
• You can assess and provide advice on project requests as they relate to the overall brand and established visual strategy

Communication and Consultation Skills

• You can interact effectively with people, and build positive relationships with diverse teams
• You can provide advice to the team on graphic design issues
