About the job

In this role, you will:
• Lead and support the collection and analysis municipal data and information critical to support the Municipal Service Division's evidence-based service delivery.
• Develop and conduct wide-ranging and sensitive surveys with stakeholders and external clients to assess and evaluate program implementation.
• Lead assigned projects including preliminary consultation, project design, project management and implementation.
• Interpret, promote, and communicate performance measures and recommend improvement strategies

What you bring to the team

Program Development

• You have experience in program planning, development and implementation
• You can develop and assess performance metrics in order to identify options, advice and recommendations for improvements

Project Management

• You have project management experience to lead and participate in project planning and management, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• You can foster an inclusive work environment and a culture where collaboration is valued and celebrated

Research and Analysis

• You have research skills and can identify and assess a range of data/ information in order to provide evidence-based advice and decision-making
• You can interpret and apply legislation and policies

Relationship Management

• You have experience building and maintaining relationships and partnerships for successful collaboration
• You have consultation and negotiation skills to resolve issues and gain consensus

Communication

• You have oral and written communication skills to develop and present a range of projects, reports, briefings, and recommendations
• You are proficient with computer applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Teams) to prepare spreadsheets, presentations, graphic presentation of information and correspondence
