About the job
In this job, you will:
• Providing administrative support to Management and Enforcement staff
• Performing clerical/secretarial functions such as preparing meeting agendas, recording and producing minutes
• Maintaining accurate statistical information, compiling, recording and checking all data received and verifying documents for completeness and accuracy
• Preparing budgets, completing appropriate financial and business management reports, researching and recording financial information such as payroll costs and expenses
•Preparing annual enforcement work plans forecasting planned volumes of programs
• Maintaining and preparing court related information as well as preparing legal documents; summons, disclosures and subpoenas
• Responding to enquiries and providing information to the public, private transportation industry and ministry staff by telephone and in person
• Compiling data on enforcement issues and submitting information in the form of reports and correspondence, briefing notes

What you bring to the team
Administrative Knowledge and Financial Skills:

• you have the ability to handle, process, and reconcile invoices, administration records and order office supplies
• you have the ability to evaluate and gather financial and statistical information to forecast, budget and conduct cost evaluations

• you have demonstrated arithmetic skills to collect and analyze invoices, calculate percentages and reconcile statistical information
