About the job

In this role you will:
• Handle and log incoming/outgoing mail.
• Maintain filing systems, order supplies, and operate office equipment.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
• Arrange meetings and travel accommodations.
• Process invoices, purchases, and expense claims.
