About the job

In this role you will:
-Carry out the administrative duties and responsibilities for both branches in the division
- Support the transition of incoming and outgoing staff
- Organize and coordinate branch scheduling, appointments and meetings
-Ensure timely distribution and quality control of administrative and corporate documentation
-Prepare and manage documents, track tasks, and maintain records
- Interpret corporate policies, determine urgency and confidentiality of inquiries

What you bring to the team


Administrative Skills

-You have proficiency in using office software and tools.
-You possess knowledge of administrative practices, including tracking tasks, preparing documents, and managing records.
-You are proficient in using office equipment to handle tasks such as copying materials and transmitting correspondence.
