Are you looking for your next career move? If so, consider this challenging opportunity with IT Source in the Central Agencies I&IT Cluster (CAC).
IT Source is an internal professional services staff model in the Treasury Board Secretariat providing value added workforce capability on various technology projects across the Ontario Public Service (OPS) organization. Our Architects lead various I&IT projects that support a number of different government priorities and digital mandates. We offer a modern approach to resource acquisition, assigning both internal professional resources and task-based consulting services to meet client requirements.
IT Source is seeking an I&IT Architect to provide expertise and leadership in Technical/Solution architectures. This is a brand new role being introduced to IT Source to allow existing IT Architects or non-IT Architects in related roles the opportunity for exposure to the I&IT Architecture function within OPS and prepare them to gain the hands-on experience and knowledge that would prepare for progression into more senior roles within GovTechON (e.g. Senior I&IT Architect).
As you move from project to project and from one Ministry to another Ministry, your assignments through IT Source will vary in length and will be located in a variety of Ministry client site locations throughout the GTA and Oshawa.
Note: This position is located at 222 Jarvis Street, Toronto and/or 33 King Street West Oshawa; however, alternative work arrangement including flexible hours, hybrid remote work, and compressed work week may be available.
