About the job

In this role you will:

- Process and maintain temporary absence records
- Review and ensure records are complete and accurate
- Enter and maintain information in a database
- Handle inquiries from offenders, public and staff

What you bring to the team


Office Administration and Computer Knowledge and Experience

- Demonstrated knowledge of office procedures and processes
- Demonstrated experience working with and maintaining filing systems
- Demonstrated ability to work within a confidential environment
- Demonstrated experience working with software applications to prepare various products and perform data entry
- Demonstrated ability to use database programs (e.g. OTIS)

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and tailor your message
- Demonstrated ability to prepare reports and summaries
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
