• provide front counter customer service providing information related to government programs, products and services
• collect payments and issue receipts
• resolve customer inquiries

  Thinking skills to probe for information, assess situations, and take appropriate actions.
  Patience and empathy to navigate sensitive client situations professionally.
  Effective communication to explain guidelines and procedures, write concise correspondence, apply empathy and patience to meet customer needs.

  Computer proficiency and ability to use Microsoft Office, database programs, and operation of specialized equipment.
  Bilingual vacancies require oral French language skills at the advanced level and your proficiency level will be confirmed before hire
