About the job

You will:
• plan, manage and consult on the design of short- and long-term CRM business solutions frameworks and infrastructure, work on integrated components of the solution (i.e Mobile, analytics )
• design, develop and oversee implementation of business and infrastructure solutions that drive services, projects and activities
• collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in business improvement initiatives
• lead projects and initiatives, including providing team leadership and direction, identifying and acquiring resources, and setting priorities

What you bring to the team

Technical expertise:

• You have good experience with current and emerging CRM platforms ( Siebel, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, etc.) and methodologies (e.g. low code/no code, UX design) including business and system analysis, design, development, testing and implementation methods.
• You have knowledge and experience with: Waterfall, Iterative, Agile and Discovery Alpha Beta live methodologies.
• You have knowledge of and skills in data design and management, database development (e.g. Oracle database, data warehousing (e.g. PowerBI, ETL, OBIEE RPD) design/development and related technologies.
• You have knowledge of and skills in enterprise technology platforms(e.g. Microsoft DevOps), operating systems, Web Services, Cloud technologies (e.g. Microsoft Azure), IT design and development techniques, and emerging technologies.
• You have knowledge of and skills in end-to-end solution architecture design, development, integration and migration methods, application architecture and design, and optimization of processes

Leadership and communication skills:

• You have team leadership skills to mentor staff and provide technical guidance and direction.
• You can create a productive work environment and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams.
• You can present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You have consultation skills to provide advice, obtain support for recommendations/business cases and achieve consensus with clients/stakeholders.

Project Management/Delivery Skills:

• you have knowledge and experience with project management methods, analytical and risk assessment tools and processes to oversee projects
• you have experience leading the development of strategic and operational frameworks including acquisition of tools and the identification of alternative delivery mechanisms and costing of services/supplies
• you have knowledge and experience leading process re-engineering initiatives/projects and environmental scans to support long term business strategies and to plan for the innovative delivery of products and services
• you have experience leading proof-of-concept trials and oversight of testing of all technical aspects of the development, implementation and maintenance of integrated solutions, in order to increase acceptance, accessibility, security, usability, stabilization and sustainability, and to meet the business needs
• you have experience leading projects related to 24x7 critical environments and operations

Analytical and problem-solving skills:

• You know business analysis methodologies to identify/confirm requirements and to develop documentation and solutions to address clients' needs.
• You can apply risk assessment processes to evaluate options and identify the best solution.
• You think analytically about clients' needs and technology options to identify solutions that are cost-effective and meet client requirements and to address technical issues with design, infrastructure and implementation.

Project management skills:

• You have experience leading solutions design projects.
• You know project management methodology, analytical tools and processes.
• You are familiar with procurement processes and can negotiate and acquire goods and services and administer contractual agreements.
