About the job

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement policies and initiatives that align with government and ministry goals.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify business priorities and opportunities.
• Research trends and track progress to ensure programs remain relevant and effective.
• Offer clear, practical advice to clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop thoughtful recommendations for staff, managers, and senior leaders.
• Take the lead or contribute as a key member of cross-functional teams and working groups.

• You know how to manage projects from start to finish—on time and on budget.
• You can dig into research, evaluate programs, and identify what's working (and what's not).
• You turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
