As a Strategy and Program Consultant in the Corporate Programs Unit, you will play a key role in shaping policies and programs that support accessibility, employee recognition, mental health and well-being, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will work within a team environment to lead all aspects of project delivery and to provide strategic recommendations, advice, research, and consultation to senior management to support the planning and implementation of enterprise initiatives and ministry-specific programs.

About the job
In this role, you will:
• Develop and implement policies and initiatives that align with government and ministry goals.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify business priorities and opportunities.
• Research trends and track progress to ensure programs remain relevant and effective.
• Offer clear, practical advice to clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop thoughtful recommendations for staff, managers, and senior leaders.
• Take the lead or contribute as a key member of cross-functional teams and working groups.
