The Ministry of the Attorney General is now recruiting for our 2026 2nd year (2L) Summer Law Student positions.

The Ontario government is one of the largest employers of law students in Canada, hiring approximately 100 summer law students and 200 articling / law practice program / integrated practice curriculum students every year. Our law student programs offer the opportunity to gain legal skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. You are required to be a law student (LL.B, J.D. or equivalent) who will be completing their 2nd year of law school in 2026 and entering the Law Society of Ontario's lawyer licensing process Articling/LPP/IPC program in 2027-2028.
