As part of a dynamic and inclusive team, your ideas and contributions are valued, and continuous learning and skill development are actively encouraged.

About the job

As an I&IT Project Manager with IT Source, you'll lead a range of impactful I&IT initiatives - from agile digital solutions to foundational infrastructure projects. Your work will support government priorities and improve services that touch the lives of Ontarians every day.

Assignments will vary in length and location, offering the flexibility to work on different projects and with various ministry clients throughout the GTA and Oshawa. This variety ensures that the work remains engaging and challenging, allowing for the building of a broad range of experiences and expertise.

Alternative work arrangements, including flexible hours, hybrid remote work, and compressed work weeks, are offered to help maintain a healthy work-life balance.

In this role, you will:

• lead high-performing teams of technical and business professionals in a matrixed environment, enabling both agile and waterfall delivery approaches
• consult with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership to align project goals and provide advice that supports successful delivery
• champion collaboration, innovation, and adaptability to help teams and stakeholders overcome challenges and accelerate results
• ensure systems are delivered in line with established methodologies, meeting business needs while staying within scope, budget, and timelines
• develop, maintain, and monitor key project management artifacts
• apply a digital mindset to lead medium to large-scale I&IT projects that advance government priorities and improve public service delivery
