About the job

As part of our team, you will:

• lead client engagement by acting as the primary contact and fostering collaboration between IT teams and business stakeholders
• manage complex IT projects from planning through implementation, including feasibility studies, requirements gathering, design, testing, and documentation
• provide expert business analysis and systems consulting to identify and recommend technology solutions that improve service delivery and support business goals
• evaluate and enhance technology tools by maintaining performance and quality assurance programs and identifying opportunities for innovation and collaboration
• conduct advanced systems analysis and procurement activities, including developing RFPs, assessing vendor proposals, and recommending solutions
• support strategic IT planning by contributing to the development and integration of organizational technology objectives, policies, and standards

Communication and interpersonal skills

You can:
• prepare reports, documentation, and presentations
• explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• negotiate with vendors and collaborate with clients and internal teams
• conduct interviews, facilitate discussions, and lead meetings with diverse audiences

Project management and leadership

You can:
• lead complex IT projects from initiation through to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives
• manage multiple priorities by coordinating cross-functional teams and navigating competing demands
• develop and execute project frameworks including terms of reference, evaluations, and vendor management strategies
• drive strategic alignment by facilitating IT plans that support and advance organizational goals

Business analysis and consulting

You can:
• apply your knowledge of business analysis in finance or software development
• lead feasibility studies by defining client and user requirements, and conducting thorough cost-benefit analyses
• identify and recommend business solutions that enhance service delivery and streamline business processes
• develop compelling business cases and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Technical skills and knowledge

You have:
• knowledge of system technologies, including mid-range, server, and personal computing environments (operating systems, application software, and networks)
• understanding of systems analysis, design, development, and testing methodologies
• familiarity with enterprise architecture, including business, information, and data modeling principles
• awareness of internet and emerging technologies to support strategic system planning and implementation
• the ability to evaluate software solutions and prepare clear, comprehensive technical documentation
