Corporate I&IT Solutions and Integration Management Branch within the Health Services Cluster at Government Information Technology Ontario (GovTechON). The branch supports a wide range of corporate and data-driven solutions for the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Long-Term Care, and the Ministry for Seniors and Accessibility. Our work spans financial systems, strategic data platforms, and digital applications that enable timely and informed decision-making across the health sector.
As Senior Manager, Business Solutions, you will report to Head of the Corporate I&IT Solutions and Integration Management Branch. You will be part of a team that is collaborative, agile, and committed to delivering impactful technology solutions. You will work closely with both internal partners and external organizations such as Ontario Health and Health Canada.

Technical Expertise
- Experience with enterprise-level data architecture, data platforms, and cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures, particularly Lakehouse models integrating structured and unstructured data.
- Familiarity with Delta Lake, data lake and warehouse convergence, and metadata-driven design.
- Experience supporting the development of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or similar).
- Knowledge of data ingestion, data quality, lineage, and cataloging tools.
- Understanding of modern I&IT tools, integration strategies, and infrastructure planning.
- Ability to engage with technical teams on architecture, design, and platform trade-offs.
- Ability to assess technical needs and translate them into strategic technology solutions.
- Familiarity with government I&IT structures, data governance frameworks, or public health system.
- Knowledge of the digital health ecosystem, including privacy, security, and interoperability standards.
Strategic Thinking and Delivery
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver technology solutions that align with organizational priorities.
- Demonstrated thought leadership on data strategy, platform modernization, and analytics enablement.
- Proven experience ensuring program decisions align with long-term enterprise data vision, including privacy, interoperability, and scalability considerations.
