About the job
You'll act with integrity to:• Conduct research and testing, analyzing HR and payroll business processes, systems and data in order to recommend changes.
• Work with stakeholders to monitor the status of projects and provide technical support and leadership in the event of incidents.
• Assess and document business process workflows identifying opportunities for improvement, present viable business solutions, and participates in the testing and updates through formal project commitments and schedules.
• Participate in quality assurance activities, validating the accuracy and integrity of changes to HR and payroll data, systems and year-end processes on behalf of developers and project teams.
• Plan, implement and document requirements related to information technology initiatives.
• Identify and create training materials and documentation including conducting sessions and workshops, as required.
You'll support our collaboration as you:• Proactively identify and recommend system improvements and process optimizations or automations.
• Participate in project teams and committees, providing research, consultative support and fact-finding services.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to communicate system and process changes.
• Regularly report on best practices in enterprise technology, contributing to the development of the Assembly's standards and processes.
What you bring to the team
You demonstrate excellence through your:
• University degree or equivalent in business administration, information management or related field.
• Experience gathering and evaluating system requirements including business process mapping.
• 5+ years of progressive work experience with HR-related business applications including payroll.
• Familiarity with Microsoft's Power Platform, Business Central, CRM Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps and related enterprise software environments and tools.
• Demonstrated project management skills including planning, organizing, related tools and practices.
• Strong communication skills when addressing technical and non-technical clients and colleagues
• Ability to problem-solve with superior analytical skills
Additional Information:
Compensation: $78,327.00 - $112,863.00 per annum
