About the job

In this role, you will:
• Lead research projects focused on health quality policy.
• Create research plans, including key questions, goals, and methods.
• Conduct environmental scans to spot trends and challenges in the health quality field.
• Analyze new and emerging issues that impact health quality policies.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to gather feedback and understand concerns.

• Skills to plan and lead research, analyze trends, and guide others.
• Problem-solving abilities to spot big issues, understand policy impacts, and suggest solutions.

Project Management and Leadership Skills:

You Have
• Knowledge to lead and manage projects.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
