• answer and record phone calls from medical professionals, helping with a wide range of questions
• help clients submit electronic claims and solve complex claim issues, referring them to others when needed

• experience handling phone inquiries and working with others
• ability to keep personal and sensitive information private
• ability to speak clearly and write accurate and easy to follow communications
• ability to find information, solve problems, and know when to ask for help
• ability to stay organized and manage several tasks in a busy environment
• experience using email, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and internet tools
• ability to use basic math to check payments and fix errors
