You will:
• Lead program delivery of education and training initiatives, ensuring high-quality, culturally informed content.
• Collaborate with facilitators to tailor training modules to diverse audiences across the organization and justice sector.
• Support policy development by contributing insights and findings from educational initiatives.
• Oversee program planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement, including customizing materials and assessing impact.
• Manage relationships with internal committees, other ministries, and external partners such as law schools and Indigenous organizations.
• Build and lead a team, including future hiring and onboarding of staff to support the unit's growth.
