About the job
In this role, you will:
Build data science and analytics solutions• Design, develop, test and improve data science, machine learning, and AI solutions
• Create predictive, diagnostic, and prescriptive models
• Translate business problems into technical solutions that deliver measurable value
Work across the full data lifecycle• Develop and maintain data pipelines and data platforms
• Prepare and transform large, complex datasets (structured and unstructured)
• Ensure data is accurate, usable, and ready for analysis
Deliver insights that people can use• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Communicate findings in a clear, accessible way
• Support stakeholders in understanding and using data independently
Lead and collaborate• Guide projects through discovery, design, and delivery phases
• Partner with clients to understand needs and recommend solutions
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership within the team

Data Engineering & Data Management
• Experience working with large, complex datasets (structured and unstructured)
• Ability to build and maintain data pipelines and prepare data for analysis
• Understanding of data quality, validation, and data structures (e.g., data lakes or warehouses)
Technical Development & Data Platforms
• Experience developing and maintaining data and analytics solutions using languages such as Python, SQL, R, or Scala
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks, Spark)
• Understanding of software development practices, including version control (e.g., Git) and working in shared code environments
Data Science & Advanced Analytics
• Experience developing machine learning models and statistical analyses to generate insights
• Ability to apply predictive and advanced analytics to solve business problems
• Familiarity with a range of data science techniques to explore and interpret data
Problem Solving, Design & Advisory Skills
• Ability to analyze complex problems and design effective, data-driven solutions
• Experience working with partners to understand needs and recommend approaches
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, accessible way
Collaboration, Leadership & Best Practices
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment, including sharing knowledge or mentoring others
• Ability to contribute to high-quality, reliable project outcomes
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, and security principles
