What can I expect to do in this role?

You will:

- plan, co-ordinate and manage the activities of staff engaged in order processing, receiving, inventory, quality control and general warehouse functions
- make decisions on hiring, training and performance management in accordance with human resource policies and collective agreements
- ensure compliance with relevant legislation, programs, policies and directives
- direct and co-ordinate planning for inventory and material control projects
- co-ordinate fleet management operations
- conduct research, monitor efficiency, and recommend procedural improvements
- participate in meetings, committees and task forces
